Graphic Design & Artwork

Every great print starts with great artwork. Our in-house artists—Bob, Christa, and Matt—review artwork every day to help ensure your designs print with the best possible quality.

Whether you need help preparing a print-ready file, checking image resolution, removing backgrounds, adjusting colors, or making small artwork edits, Bob, Christa, and Matt are here to help. Their goal is to make sure your artwork is production-ready so your transfers look exactly the way you expect when they're pressed.

Production

Behind every order is a dedicated production team committed to delivering the quality Ace DTF is known for. Beth, Kirk, Shellie, Diane, Amber, Michelle, Travis, Steve, and Shauna work together every day to keep orders moving efficiently through our production facility.

Our team operates multiple industrial DTF print lines, screen printed transfer equipment, sublimation production, and finishing stations. From printing and curing to cutting, packaging, and preparing shipments, every order is carefully monitored throughout the production process to ensure vibrant color, sharp detail, consistent quality, and the fast turnaround our customers depend on.

Quality Control, Shipping & Fulfillment

Before any order leaves our facility, it goes through a thorough quality control process to ensure it meets the high standards our customers expect. Kaley and Michelle oversee our Quality Control, Shipping, and Fulfillment departments, making sure every order is inspected for print quality, color accuracy, sizing, and overall presentation before it is carefully packaged for shipment.

From the final inspection to securely packing your order, Kaley and Michelle work to ensure your transfers arrive ready to press and in excellent condition. Their attention to detail helps us maintain the fast turnaround and dependable service Ace DTF has been known for since 1992, whether your order is shipping across town or across the country.
