What file format should I upload?

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading a PNG file with the following specifications:

  • 300 DPI resolution
  • Transparent background
  • Sized to the final print dimensions

High-quality artwork results in the best-looking prints.

Can you help with my artwork?

Yes! If your artwork isn't print-ready or you need a custom design created, our design team can help. Contact us before placing your order, and we'll be happy to discuss your project.

What is your turnaround time?

Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days after artwork approval. Large orders or specialty products may require additional production time.

Do you offer same-day or next-day printing?

Yes! We offer expedited production on select products. Orders must be submitted by the daily cutoff time to qualify. Please contact us if you have a deadline, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will my colors print exactly like they appear on my screen?

Not always. Computer monitors, tablets, and phones display colors differently than printed products.

For the most accurate results:

  • Design in CMYK color mode whenever possible.
  • Understand that slight color variations are normal.
  • Provide original design files (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.) whenever available.

What garments can DTF transfers be applied to?

DTF transfers work on most fabrics, including:

  • Cotton
  • Polyester
  • Cotton/Poly blends
  • Tri-blends
  • Performance fabrics

This makes DTF one of the most versatile decorating methods available.

What materials work with UV DTF?

UV DTF transfers are designed for smooth, hard surfaces such as:

  • Glass
  • Metal
  • Plastic
  • Acrylic
  • Ceramic
  • Tumblers
  • Mugs
  • Wood (sealed and smooth)

UV DTF is not intended for garments or other flexible fabrics.

Can sublimation be used on cotton shirts?

No. Sublimation works best on white or light-colored polyester garments and polyester-coated hard goods. It will not produce vibrant results on 100% cotton.

Do you offer gang sheets?

Yes! Gang sheets are a great way to maximize your transfer space and reduce costs by placing multiple designs on a single sheet.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Absolutely. We can print transfers in a variety of sizes to fit everything from left chest logos to oversized back prints.

How should I store my transfers?

Store transfers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Proper storage helps maintain print quality until you're ready to apply them.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an order with a manufacturing defect or believe there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve the problem quickly.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes! If you've ordered with us before, we can often locate your previous artwork and make reordering quick and easy.
