Artwork Requirements

Getting your artwork set up correctly helps us produce the highest quality print possible while minimizing delays in production. Please review the guidelines below before submitting your order.

Preferred File Format

For the best print quality, we recommend submitting:

  • PNG (.png)
  • 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch)
  • Transparent Background

A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background ensures crisp details, vibrant colors, and clean edges without unwanted backgrounds printing with your design.

Artwork Size

Please submit your artwork at the actual size you want it printed whenever possible. Enlarging low-resolution artwork can result in blurry or pixelated prints.

Backgrounds

Your artwork should have a transparent background. If your file contains a white, colored, or patterned background, it may print as part of your design.

Color Mode

For the most accurate color reproduction, we recommend designing in CMYK color mode. Files created in RGB will be converted during production, which may result in slight color shifts.

Image Quality

Please avoid:

  • Low-resolution images downloaded from the internet
  • Screenshots
  • Social media images
  • Images copied from websites
  • Pixelated or blurry artwork

The higher the quality of your original artwork, the better your final print will look.

Fonts & Text

If submitting artwork from Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or another design program, convert all fonts to outlines or curves before exporting. This prevents font substitution issues.
